Certificates

In-person Attendance Certificate

The author’s data will appear exactly as it was entered in the computer platform. The data of the coauthors will only appear if they were introduced in the computer platform at the time of submitting the proposal. The certificate will be given to the author by the room moderator at the end of the session.

Blended Attendance Certificate

The author’s data will appear exactly as it was entered in the computer platform. The data of the coauthors will only appear if they were introduced in the computer platform at the time of submitting the proposal. The certificate will be sent by ordinary mail once the conference has ended.

Virtual Attendance Certificate

The author’s data will appear exactly as it was entered in the computer platform. The data of the coauthors will only appear if they were introduced in the computer platform at the time of submitting the proposal. The certificate will be sent by ordinary mail once the conference has ended.

Listener Certificate

The participant’s data will appear exactly as it was entered in the computer platform at the time of registration. The participant must request the certificate to the organizers at the reception desk during the conference.

In-person Co-author Certificate

This certificate is addressed to those authors who have not presented the work as the main author, but have collaborated in its elaboration as co-authors and have attended the conference. It is mandatory that said co-authors appear as such in the proposal sent by the main author.

This certificate has an extra fee per co-author.Those interested should request it at  at least 15 days before the start of the conference to receive it during the event. + info 

Remote Co-author Certificate

This certificate is addressed to those authors who have not presented the work as the main author and have NOT attended the conference in person but have collaborated in its elaboration as co-authors. It is mandatory that these co-authors appear as such in the proposal submitted by the main author.

This certificate has an extra fee per co-author and will be sent by ordinary mail once the conference has ended. Those interested should request it at . + info 

Certificate Policy

General conditions

1 – Registration includes the issuance of 1 presentation and attendance certificate in the name of the person who registered the proposal and paid the registration.

1.1. Listener registration includes the issuance of 1 attendance certificate in the name of the person who paid the registration.

1.2. Blended registration includes the issuance and mailing of 1 blended attendance certificate in the name of the person who registered the proposal and paid the registration.

1.3. Virtual registration includes the issuance and mailing of 1 virtual attendance certificate in the name of the person who registered the proposal and paid the registration.

2 – It is NOT allowed to make any changes in proposals that have already been accepted. If you need to make a correction or add a co-author, you must send a new proposal and wait for acceptance.

Coauthors

3 – If the main author of the proposal indicated the existence of co-authors at the time of submission, these will be recognized as such at the end of the certificate. (However, co-authors can request their own certificate by paying a small fee, see below sections 4, 5 and 6) ”

4 – If the participant wants a certificate in the name of a co-author who has not attended the conference, he/she must request it at the time of registering for the conference and make the payment of an extra fee. + info 

5 – If you attend the conference and you are a co-author of a proposal presented by another participant, you can request a “virtual co-author” certificate for you by an extra fee. + info 

6 – If you do not attend the conference and are a co-author of a proposal submitted by another participant in the conference, you can request a “virtual co-author” certificate in your name by an extra fee. + info 

7 – The “virtual co-author” certificate will only be sent to the interested party if the work has been exposed by a co-author’s partner during the conference (both in-person, blended or virtual format).

Mistakes in the certificate

8 – If you identify a mistake in your certificate, you can request a new one from the organizers during the conference or through [email protected]. If the mistake is from GKA, the new certificate will be sent by certified postal mail at no cost to you within 1 month. If the mistake is foreign to GKA, the new certificate will be sent by certified postal mail within 1 month for a cost of 20 euros that must be paid by the interested party in advance.
